Fast food calories and weight loss

Posted: admin on May 23 | Uncategorized

Recently almost could not believe when my brodher learned of “Fast Food Diet”! I am against fast food? Yes and no, which means that I am not against eating in fast foods but recommend against it as diet to lose weight. Actually, let me say that I am unconditionally against all popular diets, weight loss and fat burn!

So today I would say is that the amount of calories.

Calories is the most important independent of diet chosen for slimming! If your body burns fewer calories than during a period of time then lose weight. It’s that easy. Polls support this. All diets in some way, causing a reduction in intake of calories (some just mask it better) which results in weight loss.

All nutrients, including protein, will be turned into fat when the stock of total calories exceed our needs. Fats and alcohol are the form of calories easier for the body to store fat. That is why we need to pay attention to our consumption of fats and alcohol to lose weight (I am excluding other reasons of health). Alcohol and fat have also increased caloric density, which means that a small quantity many calories. Trimming fat and alcohol without adding greater quantity of food can result in large decrease of total calories ingested.

We lost weight rapidly with the diets of high quantities of protein without carbohydrates is lost weight because of water. This can be translated into a loss of 1.5 to 3 kg in one week depending on your weight. The research showed that another reason for protein diets result in weight loss, is the boredom. Yes, after weeks and months eating only meat and foods rich in protein (many of us do not realize that) we started to reduce the portions want less and less because of limited options for food they are consuming. This coupled with the fact that we are not eating foods that tend to overeating (bread?) Results in an overall reduction in the quantity of food. Less food, small portions, mean what you’re thinking, fewer calories lead to weight loss. But for how long YOU vai be without carbohydrates? Until the new diets “fast food” stay in shape as 1500 calories (no Big-Macs!) To lose weight!

So we’re back to that fewer calories consumed than burned results in weight loss, regardless of diet. But surveys show that these diets popular NOT lead to the maintenance of weight lost.

Then we may need to think of a specific method of saving the intake of calories every day because a little savings here and there contributes to the maintenance of weight loss and weight loss. “Food Creative” who knows (of my way of course!).
