The food is directly linked to our health and beauty. The food influences the health of the skin, nails and hair. For the hair is important to bear in mind the following:
Tips for healthy and shiny hair
Proteins
Proteins are found in: meat and seafood, milk and dairy products, beans (beans), lentils, nuts and proportions girls in all plants. The hair is made up of proteins, if we eat the hair is strong. A strong hair is less susceptible to damage, split and lose shine.
Vitamins
It is very important for hair who consume vitamins vital. Vitamin A helps our scalp and vitamins B gives us a hair especially strong biotin. Vitamin E is said to support normal growth of hair. Eating vegetables and fruits provide us with vitamins. Read more about vitamins and health hair
Water
Our body has more water than any other nutrient. In hair also contains much water (approximately 25%) so it is important to take it.
Minerals
Minerals are essential to the health of hair. Among these minerals are: silica, calcium, copper, zinc and iron. The minerals and vitamins work together if there are deficiencies in one of them is reflected in the absorption of another. For example vitamin C aids in the absorption of iron.
Without iron hair follicles do not receive oxygen and root hair becomes weak, as you know the iron is found in green vegetables and red meat.
Zinc helps prevent hair loss. Copper helps the pigment (color) and is found in nuts, meat and vegetables. Copper also helps prevent hair loss and maintaining the correct texture.
Silicat: The silica is part of the composition of hair and are at the raw oats (not traditional precooked or instant), shells potatoes, red and green peppers (chiles), cucumbers and sprouted lentils.
If you eat a healthy diet rich in vegetables, some fruits, protein and water is reflected throughout your health. If you do not eat well but uses products more expensive is difficult to have healthy hair. A multi vitamin a day helps but does not replace our food.
