To lose weight and not recover it, we must know the different programs available and the important components of a good programme of weight loss that will work for you. The three types of weight loss programs include: programs “make-you-even,” non-clinical programs and clinical programs.
Programs of weight loss “make-you-even”
Any effort to lose weight alone, with a supportive group of people who think like you, or with programmes based on community, fit into the category “make-you-even.” Individuals using a program “make-you-even” include, for guidance, with its own trial, support groups, or products such as books, diet. (Note: Not all books, diets are reliable source of information for weight loss).
